A Florida judge has ruled a law banning "saggy pants" to be unconstitutional.A 17 yr. old spent a night in jail last week after police had arrested him for sporting the low hanging jeans. Granted, they held him over night due to a history of marijuana use.
The law banning so-called "saggy pants" was approved by city voters in March after supporters of the bill collected nearly 5,000 signatures to put the measure on the ballot.
The public defender representing the minor argued that they now have a fashion police and the judge agreed with her immediately. The judge then deemed the ban unconstitutional.
The only law that should be applied to anyone wearing saggy pants is this: WEAR CLEAN AND SEXY UNDERWEAR ONLY! No cartoon characters, no shit stains, no beige colored underwear that started out being white! Only sexy Sean John boxer briefs allowed!
