she ACTUALLY looks cute

for the first time EVER, Rumer Willis looks cute, at the L.A. premier of her new movie, The House Bunny. But then again, it's not a close up and she's a total monet.

Rumer was accompanied by her mom, dad, sisters, step dad, dad's girlfriend and her boyfriend.

As long as they steer clear of the close ups, the big-chinned-one can actually look cute.

YES! Back together again!

If you're anything like me, then you fell in love with Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling after watching The Notebook. Somehow, to find out that there was a real life love affair after the credit's rolled, solidified my ideals about everlasting love.

And even though I don't know them personally, when they broke up in 2007 I felt heartbroken. How could that happen to my golden couple? The same heartbreak I would feel if Brad and Angelina broke up.

Rumors have been swirling that R & R have gotten back together and on Thursday, they put those rumors to rest by engaging in a very PDA filled breakfast in Toronto.

Yay to everlasting love . . . . . for now

you know what day it is?

It's Sunday. And Post Secret posted new post cards today.

For those of you that don' t know, Post Secret is a site where anonymous people send in home made postcards about their secrets. It's a great website that opens your eyes to the reality that other's face.

Check it out!

T-R-A-S-H-Y

As a ritual, I love to pick up the new Eugene Weekly every Thursdays. I'll admit it, the first thing I love to read is the 'I saw you' section. I always wonder if these people had a love connection with a person that didn't even noticed them . . . hmmm.
Oh well.

The next part I love to read is Savage Love. If you've never read it, do it. It's quite interesting. I always get a good laugh or at least a good gag.

But both of those sections are usually on the last 2 pages of the weekly, so I automatically turn the paper over and start reading from the back. And I am always amazed at what I see. Amercian Apparel Ads that look more like the making of a snuff film rather than an advertisement to sell clothes. I always expect to see something like a 1-900 number on the bottom of the ad. The models always look like they're drugged up and their clothes are hanging off their bodies (if they're even wearing any clothes!).

I think they're ads are trashy, degrading and it sends out the wrong message to all the young impressionable kids that acutally buy their clothes.

The Best of Eugene

no new kids on this block

Donnie Walhberg of New Kid's on the Block, and his wife of 8 years, Kim Fey, will be getting a divorce. The reason cited for the split was the usual "irreconcilable differences".

And this couldn't have come at a better time. New Kids on the Block will be going on tour starting Sept. 18th. Now he can get some of that groupie love!
