Change I believe in!

Hopefully you tuned in to Obama's speech tonight. It was inspiring and reminiscent of an assassinated Kennedy that didn't make it into the White House.

As my good friend said, Obama is either the Devil or our Savior. He's either going to bring about the change that we want or not. Unfortunately, we won't know unless he gets voted into the White House.

However, with the last 8 destructive years that America has suffered at the hands of a 'wolf in sheep's clothing', I'm prepared to take my chances! And my chances are not with someone who has agreed with Bush 90% of the time!

P.S.- Michelle Obama looked gorgeous tonight!

A page in the history books

Preparations going on RIGHT NOW at Invesco Field.

Barack Obama will be making his acceptance speech this evening. Acceptance speeches have been known to 'make or break' presidential candidacies.

I think that Barack Obama made a wise decision to move his speech to Invesco Field. Although Obama is and will get alot of flack from the republican party that he's just a 'celebrity' leader, I think that Obama's doing the right thing by moving to a bigger venue.

John McCain's campaign party is arguing that Obama is losing touch with the 'regular' working class people, by moving to such a huge venue and putting on such a big show, as if Obama is a rock star.

Ah, do you mean, losing touch like how the 'regular' working class people view YOU, Mr. McCain?

Besides, alot of the 'regular' working class people will be able to go see his speech now.

I say Mr. McCain's party is just jealous that he doesn't have the same type of support that Obama does.

The Golden Calf

If I was Marc Quinn, I would be careful of lightning shooting down from the sky, right about . . . . now!

Quinn, a British Sculptor, created a 110 lb. solid gold statue of Kate Moss which he's named Siren. Apparently this is not Quinn's first sculpture of Kate Moss.

WHAT?! You say he made the same mistake TWICE?

In 2006 he created Sphynx, which is a painted bronze statue of Kate Moss in a provocative yoga pose. Siren also features Moss in a provocative yoga pose.

What is it with the provocative yoga poses?!

Quinn was quoted as saying that "the next thing to do would be to make a sculpture of the person who's the ideal beauty of the moment. But even Kate Moss doesn't live up to the image."

Ha! 'Beauty of the moment'?

She isn't exactly a great example of beauty, unless if you consider beauty to be an anorexic-looking model with a drug habit.

Great role model for our young teenage girls!!

D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R

Doesn't Raven Symone look like that crazy lady that walks the streets down the road from where you live?

There is just NO EXCUSE for that . . . . MESS!

Her look tells me that she wants to go straight to bed right after she dances her butt off to Flashdance, wearing Victoria "Posh" Beckham's corset and Cyndi Lauper's skirt. But to be fair . . . . . she added Lindsay Lohan's tights, so that Lindsay wouldn't feel left out of the bunch.

NOT the fashionable one

The 'lovely' Rumer Willis obviously needs to get a new stylist . . . . . . or maybe she should sit down with Michelle Obama and take some notes.
I didn't know that the accentuated "V" look was in!
